ABOUT Brinjal Allu sabji with Cheese on top with Roti RECIPE

A curry made with brinjal, potatoes with an extra topping of cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 brinjal chopped
  2. 3 potatoes chopped
  3. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  4. 4.5 curry leaves
  5. 1 tsp jeera
  6. 1/2 tsp or to taste salt
  7. 1/4 tsp hing
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 1.2 tbsp oil
  13. 1 glass or as required water
  14. 1 tbsp for 1 bowl grated cheese
  15. For Roti... 2 bowls wheat flour
  16. 1 tbsp or as required for moyan
  17. 1 to 2 glass or as required water to make a smooth dough

Instructions

  1. Add oil in cooker let it become hot
  2. Add jeera , hing, curry leaves, tomato, little water 1 by 1
  3. Add all spices and mix well
  4. Add veggies and mix well
  5. Add water as you need quantity of gravy and mix well
  6. Close the lid and mix well till 3.4 whistles
  7. Off the flame. Let the air flow out than open the lid
  8. Ready to serve. Serve hot in a bowl garnish with grated cheese on top
  9. Serve hot with hot rotis can also serve with hot plain white rice
