Cauliflower Chocolate mousse

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Chocolate mousse

  • 2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp melted semisweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream for garnish
  • 1 tbsp of chocolate for garnish.

How to make Cauliflower Chocolate mousse

  1. Wash the cauliflower florets and place in the steamer. Cook cauliflower until soft, it will take not more the 4-5 minutes.
  2. Immediately transfer the florets in food processor, puree cauliflower.
  3. Put the gelatin in cream and let it bloom for 2-3 minutes. Then microwave the cream and gelatin for 30 seconds to one minute until the gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Add cocoa, sugar and honey, while cauliflower is still hot. Add vanilla essence.
  5. Add in gealtin and cream in the cauliflower puree until it mixed well and is smooth.
  6. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  7. Garnish it with whipped cream and shards of chocolate.
  8. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

To make it Keto friendly diet substitute sugar with honey or sweetener.
