Ingredients to make Mishti Doi
- 1 litre full milk
- 1/3 cup (can add an additional 2 tbsp if you like it sweeter)
- 2-3 tablespoons /curd for setting
- some shelled chopped for garnishing
How to make Mishti Doi
My Tip:Before adding yogurt into the milk for setting,make sure the milk is not too hot or too cold, just lukewarm.
