ABOUT Potato chips bhel RECIPE

Give twist to normal puffed rice bhel by adding some crunchy potato (wafers) in it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green chilli. 1
  2. Coriander leaves. To taste
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Lemon 1
  6. Potato chips 1 packet
  7. Puffed rice equal to the amount of potato chips
  8. Namkeen any one which u like to taste or 2 tbsp
  9. Red chilli paste 1 tbsp
  10. Tamarind chutney 3 tbsp
  11. Garam masala a pinch
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Roasted jeera pwdr 1 tsp


  1. Chop coriander leaves, green chilli, onion, tomato.
  2. Cut 3 lemon wedges
  3. Take large size bowl, first put potato chips and crush them partially
  4. Now add equal amount of puffed rice, namkeen, onion, tomato, lemon juice, coriander leaves, green chilli.
  5. Now add red chilli paste, tamarind chutney, roasted jeera masala, garam masala, salt
  6. Now mix it well
  7. Now put it in a bowl and enjoy.
