Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Button mushrooms 8 Nos
  2. Finely chopped capsicum 1 Tablespoon
  3. pepper 1/2 a tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. Thick curd 1/4 cup
  6. chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Chat masala 1/4 teaspoon
  8. turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Rosted channa powder 1 Tablespoon


  1. Preheat the microwave oven at 180 degree celcious
  2. Prepare the mushroom stuffing, add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, pepper powder, salt to taste, mix well. and keep aside.
  3. Take a bowl
  4. Add a thick curd
  5. Add all masala Ingredients and ginger garlic paste
  6. Add rosted channa powder
  7. Mix together
  8. Add salt to taste
  9. Marinate the mushrooms with this mixture
  10. Fill the potato mixture
  11. Take the tooth pick and insert middle.
  12. coat them little oil.
  13. Bake them at 180 degree celcious for 8-10 minutes.
  14. Remove and serve Hot with Fresh curd or any sauce of your choice.
