Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Button mushroom 200gm canned
  2. Corn flour 2tbsp
  3. Soya sause 1tsp
  4. tomato sause 1tsp
  5. Ching's cinese chilli paneer masala 1 pck
  6. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger, garlic , green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  8. onion 2 sliced
  9. capsicum 1 small sliced
  10. Green chillies 3-4 half slited
  11. salt to taste
  12. oil to fry and cook


  1. Take button mushrooms out of can and rinse it in running water. Now add cornflour ,salt,black pepper.
  2. Now deep fry those coated mushrooms nicely till turns crisp n golden.
  3. Now take a pan and add two tbsp oil . Now add crushed chilli, garlic and ginger paste and fry till golden brown. Then add onions and capsicum as well as all the sauses.
  4. Stir well completely and lastly add Ching's chinese chilli paneer masala with little water in the pan.
  5. Finally add fried mushroom , slited green chillies and salt to taste and stir well.
