Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup grated boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup sugar( i used brown sugar)
  3. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  4. 5-6 Almonds sliced
  5. 5-6 cashews chopped
  6. 5-6 brown raisins chopped
  7. 4 full tablespoons ghee/ clarified butter
  8. FOR GARNISH
  9. Chopped Almonds
  10. chopped cashews
  11. Silver vark

Instructions

  1. IN 4 TBSP HOT GHEE, ADD 1 CUP BOILED & MASHED POTATOES
  2. STIR & COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ADD A HANDFUL OF ALMONDS, CASHEWS & RAISINS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER & 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR, BRISKLY MIX
  5. COOK TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES AND THE HALWA LEAVES GHEE
  6. SERVE HOT
