Ingredients to make GNOCCHI

  • potatoes 2
  • Processed cheese 50 gms
  • Rawa 1 tbsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 tesp
  • salt 1/2 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  • For arabiata sauce
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • tomato 1
  • Whole red chilli 3
  • onion 1
  • Cellary 1 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp
  • Italian seasoning 1/2 tesp

How to make GNOCCHI

  1. IN A MIXING BOWL TAKE BOILED AND GRATED POTATOES AND GRATED PROCESSED CHEESE.
  2. ADD ITALIAN SEASONING AND RAWA.
  3. ADD SALT AND PEPPER.
  4. MIX WELL INTO A DOUGH.
  5. DUST A SURFACE WITH FLOUR.
  6. ROLL THE DOUGH INTO AN INCH THICK ROPE.
  7. CUT ROPE INTO ONE INCHES PIECES.
  8. DUST WITH FLOUR.
  9. SHAPE ALL PIECES INTO GNOCCHI.
  10. BOIL WATER IN A PAN. ADD OIL AND SALT.
  11. ADD 4-5 PIECES OF GNOCCHI.
  12. WAIT FOR TEN SECONDS.
  13. AS SOON THEY START MOVING DRAIN OUT GNOCCHI FROM WATER. BLANCH ALL GNOCCHI SAME WAY.
  14. IN A PAN COOK TOGETHER CHOPPED TOMATO AND RED CHILLIES WITH SOME WATER TILL TENDER.
  15. GRIND TOMATO AND CHILLIES INTO A PASTE.
  16. IN A PAN HEAT ONE TABLESPOON OF OIL. SAUTE FINELY CHOPPED ONION.
  17. ADD TOMATO PASTE.
  18. ADD TOMATO SAUCE AND CHOPPED CILANTRO.
  19. SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER AND ITALIAN SEASONING.
  20. ADD BLANCHED GNOCCHI.
  21. TOSS GENTLY.
