This is a italian dish which i prepRe today in two flavours.ppesto and tomato.it is very tasty and yummy.i am very very exicted while presrnting this dish because it is my first attempt of gnocchi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled potato
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. Pepper
  4. Salt
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. For pesto ---
  7. 1 cup basil leaves
  8. 1/4 cup pamesaan cheese
  9. 1/4 cup kaju
  10. 6-7garlic cloves
  11. Olive oil
  12. Salt
  13. Pepper
  14. Tomato sauce----
  15. 1 cup tomato paste
  16. Salt
  17. Pepper
  18. Flakes
  19. Italian herbs genoa
  20. Cheese and basil leaves for topping
  21. Lettuce leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take boiled potato and mash them
  2. Take a chhalni and sieve potato
  3. We get smooth silky paste
  4. Add flour salt and pepper in potato
  5. Mix all of them with light hand
  6. Make a dough and devide in parts
  7. Take oil in palm and all of parts
  8. Take a knife and cut in small parts
  9. Give them shape and lightly prick with fork to form design
  10. Heat water in a vessel
  11. Add oil and salt in water
  12. As water start to boil add gnocchi
  13. As it cooks it will come upside then remove from hot water
  14. Now for making pesto add all ingredents in mixi
  15. Make a smooth sauce
  16. Heat butter in pan and add pesto
  17. Cook it by stirring add some water
  18. When cooked add half gnocchi in it
  19. Toss pan to coat pesto finely
  20. Now take pan add butter
  21. And add tomato paste
  22. Cook it and add all spices. Add gnocchi and toss pan to coat it in the sauce.
  23. Take lettuce in plate grate cheese. And sprinkle some italian herbs and basil leaves.
