Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsium - 2
  2. For grinding Soaked Raw rice 1 tsp
  3. Soaked Tuvr dal 1 tsp
  4. Soaked Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  5. Thick curd 1 cup
  6. Turmeric
  7. Hing
  8. Coconut 1/2 cup
  9. Jeera 1 tsp
  10. Green chillies 3 medium size
  11. Coconut oil
  12. Mustard
  13. Jeera
  14. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Rinse and Soak 1 TSP Raw rice, Coriander seeds and Tuvr dal for 15 mins
  2. Heat a kadai. Add Mustard. When it cracks add Jeera and Curry leaves
  3. Add chopped Capsicum and saute well
  4. Add little water and cover with a lid to cook Capsicum
  5. In a mixie, add coconut, green chillies, jeera, soaked Raw ri, Tuvr dal, coriander seeds, hing, turmeric and salt. Grind the mixture
  6. Add thick curd to the mixture
  7. Grind well and make a fine paste
  8. Add the mixture to cooked Capsicum
  9. Add coriander leaves and just heat the mixture. DONT BOIL THE KULAMBU. Serve with rice
