Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ragi flour (finger millet) 1 cup
  2. Powder sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Butter 1/2 cup
  4. Some sugar for sprinkles


  1. Take clean bowl, add a butter.
  2. Whisk well,until the creamy stage.
  3. Add powder sugar, and mix well , point of fluffy butter.
  4. Add a finger millet flour little by little,
  5. Don't put any other wet Ingredients, like water, milk.
  6. If u need some moisture, add little butter.
  7. Get a dow, splitting a small balls.
  8. Arrange the baking tray.
  9. Sprinkles the some sugar.
  10. And preheat the microwave oven for 170 degree celcious.
  11. Baking time 12 to 15 minutes.
  12. Freshly iron rich millet cookies ready to serve.
