ABOUT Nutella Crepes RECIPE

Light, thin crepes that melt in the mouth.. So delicious and so easy!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the crepes-
  2. 1 cup All purpose Flour(maida)
  3. 2 tbsp Sugar(powdered)
  4. 1 cup Toned Milk
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 50 gms Butter, melted
  7. 2 eggs
  8. ¼ cup water
  9. Other Ingredients-
  10. Extra butter for pan
  11. 2 tbsp Nutella per Crepe


  1. Take a large bowl and add flour, eggs, sugar, water, Milk, Vanilla extract and melted butter to it. Whisk well with a hand held blender till smooth and no lumps remain. Cover and keep refrigerated for 1 hour.
  2. Heat a small non stick pan over medium heat, swirl a tsp of butter and add a small amount of crepe batter spreading it out thinly like a dosa. Cook for 30 seconds or till light brown and flip. Cook till crisp and brown on both sides.
  3. Remove to a plate, spread the nutella on the crepe, fold and serve hot.
