ABOUT Buckwheat almond cookies RECIPE

This is truly devine cookie recipe. It has the buckwheat and almond powder and also everyone's favourite chocolate. First time I have seen this cookeis in UK but never tried it. Now I got the chance to make it and it really came out well.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Buckwheat flour- 1 cup
  2. Almond powder- 1/4 cup
  3. Powdered sugar- 3 tbsp
  4. Butter- 2 tbsp
  5. Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
  6. Mixed fruit jam- 2tbsp
  7. Compound chocolate- 1/2 cup
  8. Vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Arrange all the ingredients required for the recipe.
  2. Take butter and powdered sugar together in a bowl.
  3. Now start creaming it.
  4. Take another bowl and seive buckwheat flour, almond powder, baking powder.
  5. Now add melted compound chocolate and mix well.
  6. Then pour vanilla essence.
  7. Now make cookie dough. Handle it gently. Cover the dough and keep in the freeze for 10 min.
  8. After 10 min take out the dough and take small portion out of it.
  9. Now fill the jam and cover it from all sides.
  10. Make all the cookies like this and arrange in the baking tray. Keep the tray in the freeze for 5 min.
  11. Bake the cookies at 180 degree in preheated oven for 12 to 15 min.
  12. After 15 min take out the cookies and let them cool.
  13. Now enjoy the cookies with loved ones.
