Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gram millet flour
  2. 100 gram roasted makhana powder
  3. 150 gram ghee
  4. 200 gram grated jaggery
  5. 7-8 chopped almond
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cordmom powder

Instructions

  1. Slightly heat ghee in a kadhai
  2. Add millet flour and roast on a medium flame 12-15 minutes ,and then transfer into a plate
  3. Add jaggery in kadhai and heat it on medium flame till it melt
  4. Take a big plate add roasted makhana powder, millet flour, chopped almonds and cordmom powder
  5. Now add melted jaggery and mix very well
  6. When it cooled, make all ingredients small small round laddoo
  7. Your Millet and makhana laddoo is ready .
