ABOUT Quinoa Parfait RECIPE

It is the most nutritious because Quinoa itself is a good source of Protein and Fibre

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup Organic Red Qunioa
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. Few strands of Saffron
  5. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. Fruits of your choice ( I have taken Papaya , Red Grapes , Banana)

Instructions

  1. Wash the Quinoa and add it into a pan
  2. Heat the pan and add milk with Quinoa
  3. Add saffron , cardamom powder into it
  4. Add sugar and cook it till it becomes a pudding like consistency
  5. Adjust sugar as per the taste
  6. Let it cool down
  7. Cut the fruits into pieces
  8. Take any glass not necessarily Parfait Glass
  9. Pour some quantity of Quinoa Pudding
  10. Now layer the cut fruits and again pour Quinoa and topped with fruits again
  11. Your Parfait is ready to serve
