ABOUT Tiara Cake RECIPE

Pink sponge cake filled with buttercream and strawberry flavor super moist .Topped with tiara.White and pink sponges filled with buttercream, covered with pink icing.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1.  All Purpose Flour / Maida - 4 cup
  2. Baking Powder -3 teaspoons
  3. Baking soda - 2teaspoons
  4. Condensed Milk - 2 tin
  5. Pink edible colour
  6. Strawberry essence - 3 teaspoons
  7. Amul butter - 1000gm
  8. Milk - 1/2 cup
  9. Tiara
  10. For icing-
  11. Amul butter
  12. Colour pink
  13. Icing sugar
  14. Strawberry essence
  15. Silver balls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180C for 15 minutes.Grease cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda .
  3. In a bowl mix butter and icing sugar with the help of electric blender .
  4. Add strawberry essence and condensed milk and mix it gently.
  5. Add flour mixture and fold it gently .
  6. Pour the batter into the cake pan and tap well.
  7. Bake for 35-40 min at 180c in preheated oven .
  8. Check the cake by inserting a tooth pick.It has to come out clean.
  9. Repeat the same procedure for another cake.
  10. Let it cool. Cut the cake base into two half and apply strawberry syrup in every bases .
  11. After applying syrup, spread buttercream and place the base in fridge for 30 min.
  12. When the base set, start the icing. Fill icing bag with buttercream .
  13. Make florettes and sprinkle silver balls.
  14. Place the tiara .
  15. Cut and serve super moist strawberry cake with rosette florettes.
