Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion-2
  2. Tomato-1
  3. Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander Powder -2tsp
  7. Prawn-200gm
  8. Cashews-7
  9. Pepper-2 teaspoon (individuals requirement)
  10. Fennel powder a pinch
  11. Green chilli-2
  12. Curry leaves, Coriander leaves
  13. Black salt-pinch


  1. Heat oil and add onion .Saute for few min.
  2. Add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coariander leaves
  3. Add tomato and saute till mushy.Add red chilli powder and saute for a minute.
  4. Once it cools down, grind it to a fine paste with cashews.
  5. In the same pan heat oil and add few curry leaves.
  6. Add the ground paste add half cup of water.
  7. When it boils add prawns and coariander powder
  8. When the prawn is half cooked, add fennel powder and pepper as required.
  9. Garnish with coariander leaves and sprinkle some black salt over it .
  10. Serve with chapati or rice
