Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry coconut powder(desiccated coconut)......1 cup
  2. Wheatflour 1 cup
  3. Butter 40 to 50 grams
  4. Sugar 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  5. Cardamom 2 numbers
  6. Nutmug powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt a pinch or two
  9. Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon (optional)


  1. Take sugar and cardamom in a mixi jar and powder it.
  2. Sift powder into a bowl .
  3. Add nutmug powder ,baking powder and salt into the same bowl and mix it.
  4. Add vanilla essence,coconut powder(3/4 cup),wheatflour and butter into the same bowl and prepare dough.
  5. Make it into small balls and shape it. Dip the balls in dry (desicated)coconut powder.
  6. Keep them in a bake tray .
  7. Preheat IN microwave oven (CONVECTION) at 200 degree centigrade and bake them for 18 minutes.
