Its a soft bun with an outer coffee crust that is prepared with typical coffee icing. The inner part of the bun is stuffed with butter.

Dough
Flour 31/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/3 cup
Salt 1 teaspoon
Yeast 2 teaspoon
Egg 1
Warm milk 1 cuo
Softened butter 1/4 cup
Coffee Icing
Butter 15 tablespoon
Icing sugar 11/2 cup
Eggs 3
Instant coffee 2tablespoon
Water 2 tablespoon
Self rising flour 1 2/3 cup
Filling
Small cubes butter 16
Instructions
Freeze the 16 small cubes of butter
For dough In a mixer bowl with hook attached mix sugar ,flour and salt.Add in yeast and mix again.Then add milk and egg mix it finally add butter and mix for 5 more minutes. Then nead it till soft
Allow the dough to rest till it is double in size
Then cut the dough into 16 equal rounds and allow to rest for 15 minutes more
Then flatten the ball and place the frozen butter in middle and turn into a bun again allow them to rise for 10 minutes
For Icing Mix icing sugar and butter till soft and creamy then add eggs one at a time
Mix coffee powder with water and add to it.
Add flour and check consistency need to be just firm to pipe (amt of flour may vary)
Put this icing into a piping bag and refrigerate for half n hour before piping
when ready to bake pipe the icing on top of the buns spirally till end and bake at 200°c for 12-15 minutes until top is golden brown
