Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread - 4 slices
  2. Spinach - 250 grams
  3. Grated cheese - 50 grams
  4. Paneer -100 grams
  5. Chopped onion - 2 tablespoon
  6. Chopped garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  7. Green chilly - 1
  8. Red pepper sauce - 1 tablespoon
  9. Chilly flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion and garlic and saute for one minute
  3. Add chopped spinach and saute for 2 - 3 minutes
  4. Take a bowl add crumbled cottage cheese / paneer,cheese,red pepper sauce,chilly flex,stir fry spinach and salt and mix well.
  5. Brush olive oil on the bread.
  6. Now spread spinach mixture on the bread,
  7. Preheat the oven for two minutes
  8. Microwave on 180 c plus bake on high rack for 8 minutes
  9. Cut into two pieces and serve hot .
