this I made out of kalakand and other ingredients ,again one of indo western sweet

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida /all purpose flour 150 grams
  2. Kalakand 100 grams
  3. Cardmom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Butter 75 grams
  5. Nutmeg powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Milk 100 ml
  7. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Sugar 100 grams

Instructions

  1. In a pan add milk and let it come to boiling point
  2. Now add kalakand and butter to it
  3. Mix till milk and kalakand incorporates
  4. Now in other bowl take maidaa
  5. Add baking powder
  6. Add baking soda
  7. Add cardmom powder
  8. Add sugar
  9. Seive this dry mixture two times
  10. Now let milk and kalakand mixture cool completely
  11. After cooling mix both the mixture
  12. Grease pan with butter
  13. Dust flour in it
  14. Remove extra flour
  15. Pour the mixture in pan
  16. Keep in preheated oven for 160 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
  17. Insert toothpick and check if its bakes or not
  18. If not keep for 5 minutes more
  19. Remove it and let it cool completely
  20. Cut into slices and serve with tea or coffee
