These gulab jamuns are very easy to make as i have used ready made gulab jamun mix. They Yumm and instant. Loved by everyone

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. One pack or (in which 40 pieces are made) of gulab jamun mix
  2. Sugar 600 grams
  3. Little milk for kneading the dough
  4. Water for sugar syrup
  5. Elaichi 3
  6. Few kesar strands
  7. Oil or ghee for frying the jamuns


  1. Take a bowl and remove the gulab jamun mix into it
  2. Then add little milk at a time and knead a soft dough from it and keep aside
  3. Now heat 650 ml water on a pan and add sugar. Boil till the sugar dissolves and then simmer till 10 mins. Add crushed elaichi and kesar strands, Then switch off the gas and let it cool
  4. Now make 15-20 small equal size balls from the dough and fry them in ghee or oil till brown colour
  5. Put this balls in the warm or cooled sugar syrup. Dip them properly and rest it for half an hour
  6. When the jamun will absorb the syrup they will increase in size
  7. Serve after chilling in freeze
