Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi noodles or any noodles 1 packet
  2. Water 4 cups
  3. Medium potato, boiled and mashed 2
  4. Peas, boiled / frozen 3 tablespoons
  5. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoons
  6. Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Maggi masala 1 pack
  9. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  10. Plain flour / refined flour 2 tablespoons
  11. Corn flour 2 tablespoons
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Firstly, add 2 boiled and then mash potatoes.Then add chilli powder, aamchur, salt to taste and maggi masala.
  2. Further add in 3 tablespoon boiled peas. Mash and mix together and make sure everything is combined well.Now add in boiled noodles.
  3. Mix well without mashing noodles.Now prepare maida paste by combining 2 tablespoon maida, 2 tablespoon corn flour, salt to taste and 1/2 cup water.
  4. Mix well to form lump free and flowing consistency batter.Prepare a small ball sized patties greasing hand with oil.
  5. Further coat with bread crumbs all sides.Now shallow fry or pan fry in hot oil.
  6. Fry on medium flame, stirring occasionally till it turns golden brown.
  7. Finally, serve maggi masala noodles patties with mint dip or tomato sauce.
