Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer (homemade )200 grams
  2. Sugar- 4 tablespoon (adjust according to taste)
  3. Cooked oats(i used quacker oats) 3/4 cup
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Freshly grated nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Egg 1 (use Flaxseed/water for eggless version)
  8. Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Paneer should be at room temperature and soft before using. Cook oats beforehand. It will be good to purée paneer to avoid lumps while cooking
  2. Preheat the oven to 190 degree centigrade
  3. Blend paneer and oats thoroughly. Whisk egg seperately and keep it aside
  4. Add Sugar Vanilla extract Cinnamon egg and nutmeg to paneer mix. Blend it well
  5. Add milk to above mixture and mix well. Pour this mixture in greased baking dish
  6. Bake it for 40 -55minutes until top is golden brown and pudding is set
  7. Decorate it Serve it warm or cold as preferred. Yummy paneer pudding is ready
