Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Wheat flour 500 grams
  2. Semolina (rawa)100 grams
  3. Clarified butter (deshi ghee)750 grams
  4. Full makhana 50 grams
  5. Almonds 50 grams
  6. Cashwnuts 50 grams
  7. Poppy seeds 4 teaspoon
  8. Melon seeds 4 teaspoon
  9. Goond 25 grams
  10. Sugar as per taste

Instructions

  1. Two laddle clarrified butter
  2. 25 grams goond and roast
  3. Fry and remove into a plate
  4. Fry 50 grams makhana
  5. Grind goond and makhana
  6. Place grind makhana and goond into a big plate
  7. Grind 50 grams almonds
  8. Grind 50 grams cashew nuts
  9. Layered all
  10. In same pan add some more ghee
  11. Wheat flour 500 grams
  12. Roast till it becomes golden brown
  13. Ready to serve
  14. Place the same big plate and make a layer
  15. Add 4 teaspoon melon seeds
  16. 4 teaspoon poppy seeds
  17. Add sugar powder (bura )as per taste
  18. One ladle deshi ghee
  19. 100 grams rawa and roast till golden brown
  20. Add rawa into same plate and mix all
  21. Make pinni
  22. Ready to serve
