Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 3
  2. Egg white 1
  3. Cream cheese 3 teaspoon
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Flax seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Fennel seeds1 teaspoon
  7. Sugar 2 teaspoon
  8. All purpose flour 3 teaspoon
  9. Olive oil 2 teaspoon
  10. Few drops of vanilla essence
  11. Extra flexseeds and fennel seeds for sprinkle over it


  1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white in separate bowl
  2. Now take egg yolk bowl,add cream cheese,all purpose flour,sugar,vanilla essence,flex seeds fennel seeds and olive oil and mix well
  3. Now take separate egg white bowl,add extra egg white and add salt in it and beat well with beater till make soft peak
  4. When soft peak make add egg yolk mixture and mix with cut and fold method
  5. When mixture mix nicely,take greased plate,pour the better with help of spoon and give the shape, sprinkle flex seeds and fennel seeds over it
  6. Now place the plate in preheated oven and baked it for 15 to 18 min at 160 to 170 degree centigrade When plate cool down,out from oven and serve this baked egg chappati with jam
