Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Paneer ( 400 gram ) 1 packet
  2. Onion 1 medium size
  3. Capsicum 1 medium size
  4. Green chillies 3
  5. Garlic cloves 3
  6. Small piece of ginger
  7. Ketchup 2 tablespoon
  8. Any chilli sauce 1 tablespoon
  9. Light soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  10. Vinegar 2 tablespoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil 2 tablespoon
  13. Oil for frying paneer


  1. Cut paneer into small cubes and keep them aside
  2. AsideWash and cut Capsicum and remove seed. Cut them into small cubes and keep aside
  3. Peel onion and wash it. Cut them into cubes and separate them and keep aside
  4. Peel garlic and ginger and chop them finely and keep aside
  5. Wash chillies and slice them and keep
  6. Mix tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar and soya sauce in a bowl and keep aside
  7. Heat oil in non-stick kadai or deep pan and fry paneer till pinkish in colour while turning them
  8. Remove them on kitchen paper towel and keep aside
  9. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  10. Add chopped garlic, ginger and sliced green chillies and sauté for few seconds
  11. Add Capsicum and onion cubes and mix and cook for one minute
  12. Add the tomato ketchup mixture and salt and mix properly
  13. Add fried Paneer and mix properly and cover with the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  14. Serve hot hot with Naan or as starter.

Nice But slilt chilly is not used in Chinese food Looking good these dish
