Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sweet Apple – 1 medium, cut into wedges
  2. Beetroot (peeled and cut into wedges) -1
  3. Carrot – 3 small (peeled and cut into wedges)
  4. Ginger – ¼ " piece
  5. Water – as required
  6. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp.
  7. Sugar – 2 tbsp. (increase or decrease as per your taste)
  8. Mint sprigs, fresh – ¼ cup (optional)
  9. Ice Cubes – optional

Instructions

  1. Wash apple, beetroot and carrots and peel off the skin with a peeler. Cut these in to wedges.
  2. Add these wedges to a juice extractor. Add 1 cup of water and blend it for few seconds.
  3. Add ginger, lemon juice and mint as mentioned above. Blend it again till you get a smooth texture.
  4. Add few cubes of ice in your glass and pour this juice over and have it immediately.
  5. Serve chilled.
