Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrots 2 (cut in small portions)
  2. Beans 4 (cut in small pieces)
  3. Peas 50 grams
  4. Corn 50 grams
  5. Corn flour
  6. Pepper
  7. Spring onions
  8. Water (4 cups. 100 ml size tumbler)
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar 1 pinch for a good flavor
  11. Coriander leaves and spring onions for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add 4 glasses of water. When the water start to boil and add all the vegetables listed in the ingredients. Add some salt and 1 teaspoon of oil so that the vegetables will cooked soft. Keep in medium flame for 13 minutes
  2. Take some fresh sweet corn and add some water and grind it in mixie. You will get a thick paste. Keep it aside.
  3. Take a small bowl add 1 spoon of corn flour and add 1 glass of water and keep aside.
  4. Once the vegetables is cooked, add the corn mixture and stir continuously. Wait for the bubbles. Add some salt and sprinkle some sugar to it.
  5. If you want your soup to be thick, add the corn flour water to it. Stir well and let it boil for some minutes. Once gets a little thick switch off the gas and it is ready to serve.
  6. Add spring onions and crushed coriander leaves. Add pepper to it. Enjoy the tasty healthy quick soup in just 25 minutes
