ABOUT Sabudana vada RECIPE

Its a snack made from sago with boild patatoes...this can be eaten in fast also. .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana 200 grams
  2. Boild and mashed potatoes 1cup
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Chopped green chilies 3
  5. Fresh coriander leaves 1tsp
  6. Black paper powder 1tsp
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take sabudana or sago wash them for 7_8 times
  2. Drain and keep aside for 6hours
  3. Now add boiled potatoes in it
  4. Add salt and green chilies and coriander leaves and mix well
  5. Make a balls and press a little and keep aside
  6. Heat oil in pan
  7. When oil turns hot add one by one Tillie's and fry them till golden brown
