Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup palak
  2. 1 cup kheele
  3. 2 Potatoes
  4. 1/4 spoon dania powder
  5. 1/4 spoon lal mirch
  6. 1/4 spoon garam masala
  7. 1/2 spoon namak
  8. 1 onion
  9. 1 toamato
  10. 1 lemon
  11. few kabab sticks

Instructions

  1. Soak kheele in water for 15 min.In the meantime boil the potatoes and chop spinach.Also cut tomato ,onion and lemon in slices.
  2. Take a bowl and mix kheele,boiled potatoes,chopped spinach.
  3. Add all the masalae in the mix in the bowl.
  4. Mix all.
  5. Make kabab in shape as shown in the pic.
  6. Take the kababs sticks and insert in the kababs and take them out from the other side.
  7. Take a non-stick tawa and add 2 drops of oil on it.
  8. Take kababs and apply butter on one side.
  9. Put kababs on tawa and cook on low flame for 5min.
  10. Turn their side and apply butter and again cook for 5 min on low flame.
  11. Once they are crispy on both sides ..your palak seekh kababs are ready to serve. HAPPY COOKING.
