Ingredients to make Oats Beetroot Seekh kabab

  • Grated Beetroot -1 Medium
  • Boiled mashed potatoes -4-5 Medium
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped onion -1 Medium
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped green chillies -2-3
  • Chopped Nuts (cashew, Walnut) -3 tbs
  • masala Oats -1/2 cup
  • turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder -1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala -1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder -1/4 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala -1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs (Optional)
  • oil

How to make Oats Beetroot Seekh kabab

  1. Take oil in a pan add Garlic, onion
  2. Add green chillies and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Now add beetroot and saute for 5 minutes on low medium-low flame
  4. Now add boiled potatoes for 5-7 minutes and add spices
  5. Now take out Mixture and mix nuts and Coriander leaves...let it cool
  6. Now greased hands and take some mixture wrapped in skewers and coat from Masala Oats.....
  7. Shallow fry in a non-stick pan with some oil for 20-25 minutes on low medium-low flame.....
  8. Serve with beaten yogurt

My Tip:

If Mixture is very loose then add bread crumbs..it will help in binding
