It's healthy cookies for babies,daibetics
This cookies are delicious... How long can you store it before it goes bad?
Take bowl and add a butter.
Add a country jaggery, this s country jaggery, I grind this because my jeggery was little lumps so o grind this.
Mix well the batter until lumppfree
Little tiny lumps are there so u don't worry tat, after baking tat was like a choco chips.
Mix well.
And add a flour little by little.
Mix well until the Fluffy batter.
Add next batch of flour.
Mix well, it's a time to use your hands.
Mix well, get a soft dough.
Refrigerator for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes. Roll the dough. Used butter sheets.
I used round shape cutter. And cut it.
Transfer the baking pan.
I bought cookie impress, so I used anthor batch of cookies.
I set baby, because my client order her baby so I set that
Impress the cookies.
Well, baby cookies are ready to bake.
Preheat microwave oven to 170 degree celcious.
Bake for 12-13 minutes. Until brown.
After baking, Allow it cool completely.
Then you get super soft and crispy healthy cookies are ready.
