Ingredients to make Spinach kababs

  • 1 1&1/2 cup cheakpea flour
  • 1& 1/2 cup fine chopped spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chilly paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon carrom seeds
  • 2 teaspoon oil

How to make Spinach kababs

  1. In a mixing bowl add cheakpea flour,salt,ginger,chilly,garlic paste,chopped spinach,carrom seeds,
  2. Make lumpy mixture
  3. Now make small tikki
  4. In a flat pan add 1/2 teaspoon oil and cook tikki both sides till Brown
  5. And serve with green chutney and ketchup
