Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chow - 2 small pack
  2. Onion - 3 thick slice
  3. Green chili - 1 chopped
  4. Cabbage - 2 cup
  5. Carrot - 2 small, chopped
  6. Bean - 10 piece, chopped
  7. Cauliflower - 1 small, cut into small pieces
  8. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  9. Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar - 1-2 tsp
  11. Oil - 5-6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil chow with salt & oil
  2. Heat oil, add onion, green chili, sugar, fry for 2-3 min
  3. Steam carrot, bean, cauliflower for 5 min
  4. Add cabbage in onion mix, fry for 2-3 min
  5. Add steamed veg, cook for 3 min
  6. Add boiled chow, salt, pepper, vinegar, cook for 5 min
