Donuts are very popular in many countries and prepared in various forms as a sweet snack. But today I share my amazing recipe in salted donuts. It is very healthy and yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 10 pcs salted biscuits
  2. 1 cup boiled rice
  3. 1 big boiled potatoes
  4. ¼ cup chopped capsicum
  5. ½ tsp salt
  6. ¼ tsp black pepper
  7. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  8. ½ cup milk
  9. 2 cup oil for frying
  10. For creamy sauce -
  11. 2 tbsp butter
  12. 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  13. 1 cup milk
  14. ¼ tsp black pepper
  15. ¼ tsp salt
  16. 1 tbsp oregano for garnish

Instructions

  1. Firstly grind the biscuits.
  2. In a bowl add grinded biscuits, rice, potatoes, capsicum mix well.
  3. Now add salt, black pepper, turmeric powder and mix it well.
  4. Now add some milk for making mixture.
  5. Then grease your palm and make shape of donuts.
  6. In a pan add oil and deep frying.
  7. In a another pan add butter and all purpose flour.
  8. Just roast the flour and add milk, salt, black pepper.
  9. Until cooked for thick consistency.
  10. Now our sauce is ready.
  11. Arrange the donuts in a plate.
  12. Spread the creamy sauce on it.
  13. Sprinkle the oregano for garnish.
  14. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
