Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanut - 1 cup
  2. Tomato - 1
  3. Green chilli - 1-2 (as per your taste)
  4. cumin - 1 teaspoon
  5. Coriander - 1/2 bunch
  6. Salt - As per your taste
  7. Garlic - 5-6 pods
  8. Water - according to thickness you want

Instructions

  1. First dry roast the peanut. Then remove the skin after it gets cool. Then take all the above ingredients and grind it.
  2. Tips : To remove the skin easily of peanuts after roasting take the towel and put the peanuts in towel and beat the towel in table or slab of kitchen then you will open the towel you will observe the skin has removed.
