Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 leftover chapati
  2. 2 spoon curd and curd water
  3. 1 tbsp gram flour
  4. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  6. 2 nos onion sliced
  7. 2tsp fennel seeds
  8. 1 tsp carom seeds
  9. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp garam masala
  11. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Salt as required
  13. Oil for frying


  1. Firstly Make small pieces of leftover rotis and soak it in curd and it's water for 30 minutes.
  2. Add more water if required.
  3. Rotis comes out very soft and mashed after soaking.
  4. Now add gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala , carom seeds, fennel seeds , sliced onion.
  5. Now add all the ingredients except oil.Batter should be thick. Now make pakodas in hot oil and deep fry on medium flame till it becomes crispy and golden.
  6. Serve it with ketchup.
