Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chilli 6 slit into two halves
  2. Corn kernels 1 cup
  3. Cheese slices 2
  4. Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  5. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chillies into two halves and blanch it in hot water.
  2. Keep aside. Now fill the chillies with corn in first layer then with cheese of the same length in second layer.
  3. Coat it with bread crumbs or roti crumbs and deep fry.
  4. Its yummy and creamy and very healthy too.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip
