ABOUT Sesame Laddu (2 ingredient laddu) RECIPE

It is 2 ingredient laddu prepared at very short time with good shelf life. Sesame is known as power house of minerals in south india.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. White Sesame 1 cup
  2. Black Sesame 1 tbsp optional
  3. Peanuts 1 tbsp optional
  4. Jaggery 3/4 Cup


  1. Dry Roast 1 cup White sesame seeds. Since I want to get benefits of black sesame, I added 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  2. Add Roasted Peanuts
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup jaggery syrup. Strain to remove impurities. Heat syrup for candy consistency.
  4. Mix sesame and syrup in the hot pan. Prepare Laddus. If the jaggery syrup is thick just heat it to make laddus
  5. Laddu ready to serve
