Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chana daal 1 cup soaked in water
  2. For Dough: Maida 2 cups
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Ajwain 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Oil 3-4 tablespoon
  6. Water 1/2-1 cup for kneading
  7. For garnishing
  8. 2 onions finely chopped
  9. 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  10. 1/2 capsicum finely chopped
  11. Sev bhujia 1cup
  12. Roasted chana daal 1/2 cup
  13. Tamarind chutney 1/2 cup
  14. Coriander chutney 1/2 cup
  15. Ketchup 1/2 cup
  16. For Seasoning 1 tsp oil
  17. 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  18. 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  19. 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilies

Instructions

  1. Knead a tight dough by mixing maida, oil,salt, ajwain and water.Keep it aside
  2. Cook the daal to 2 whistles in pressure cooker. Fry onions,green chilli,garlic in oil. Add to dal. Mix and keep it aside
  3. Roll small round sized chapati and fry them in hot oil.
  4. Now take the fried chapati and spread dal on it with required chutney as per taste. Spread some chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum. Add roasted chana daal and sev bhujia on it. Sprinkle some chat masala. Serve as it is or with curd or ketchup.
