Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chopped Green chilies- 100 gms
  2. Lemon juice - 4 tbsp
  3. Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
  4. Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  6. Asafoetida - a pinch
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Mustard oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the all the spices except turmeric powder until aromatic
  2. Once cooled,grind coarsely.
  3. Heat oil in the pan. Add green chili,salt,turmeric and ground spices and stir for a minute. Switch off
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well
  5. Green chili pickle is ready to be served
