Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Seedless and mashed dates 1 cup
  2. 1 cup chopped Almond, cashew, pistachio,raisins coconut and melon seeds
  3. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast all dry fruits except raisins
  2. Heat ghee in a pan
  3. Add mashed dates and Saute for 2 mins
  4. Add roasted dry fruits and raisins and mix well. Saute for 2 mins. Switch off
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Make laddoo and serve. Store in air tight container
