Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Red rice 1/2 cup
  2. Water 4 cups
  3. Dates syrup 2 tablespoon


  1. Soak red rice for 1 hour
  2. Grind rice with water to form smooth paste
  3. Boil 4 cups of water and add rice paste. Stir well so that no lumps are formed
  4. Add dates syrup or jaggery and mix well
  5. Cook until thick semi solid consistency is reached
  6. Serve warm
