ABOUT Raw Mango Chutney RECIPE

This is an authentic Kerala style raw mango chutney. This lip smacking chutney is a must try if you love raw mangoes. Spice it up with some green chilies, ginger garlic, coriander leaves and curry leaves, and there you go!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated coconut 1 cup
  2. 1/2 Raw mango chopped
  3. Green chilies 2
  4. Garlic pods 3
  5. Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  6. Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  7. Curry leaves 2 sprigs
  8. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Grind all the ingredients to form a coarse paste. Add 1-2 tbsp water if required
  2. Serve with steamed rice or roti.
