ABOUT Cheesy Spinach Omelet RECIPE

A quick recipe for breakfast loaded with cheese and greens

Ingredients Serving: 2

egg 5
spinach 1 cup chopped
coriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
salt as per taste
Oil or butter 2 tbsp
Cheese 4 tbsp
tomato 1 , chopped and de-seed
onion 2 chopped
Green chili 2 chopped

Instructions

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add little salt and whisk it.
Heat Oil or butter in a pan
Now add onions and fry till golden brown.
Then add spinach , green chili, coriander and fry for 2 mins.
Now spread the onions evenly in the pan. And spread the whisked egg on top of it.
Sprinkle little black pepper powder. Now spread sliced tomato, remaining spinach and coriander. Cover and cook for 2 minutes
Now open the lid and spread cheese evenly and close lid for 2 mins
Serve hot with tomato sauce and toast
