Bread slices 3
butter 2 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Soft Cream-cheese 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tsp
Hung curd 1 tsp
Grated carrot 3 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Green chili sauce 2 tsp
Ketchup 1 tsp
Instructions
Cut bread slices into strips.
Mix butter and crushed garlic in a bowl. Additional herbs can also be mixed with butter. Brush garlic butter on bread sticks.
Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven at 200 degree.
For fondue: mix cream-cheese, hung curd, mayonnaise, grated carrot, green chili sauce and ketchup in a bowl. Sprinkle chili flakes on top and refrigerate until ready to serve
Serve garlic bread sticks with cold fondue.
