Wheat Laapsi

Ingredients to make Wheat Laapsi

  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • water 1 cup
  • Cardamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • Blanched pista 2 tsp
  • cashews chopped 2 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp

How to make Wheat Laapsi

  1. Heat ghee in heavy bottom pan. Add wheat flour. Roast till golden brown.
  2. Add water and sugar. Cook till it thickens.
  3. Add cardamon powder and chopped cashews. Mix well
  4. Serve hot in shot glasses. Garnish with pista slivers.
