Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ladies finger 1 cup , chopped
  2. Dosa rice 1 cup
  3. Urad dal 1/4 cup
  4. salt to taste


  1. Clean and soak rice and urad dal for 6 hours
  2. Grind Ladies finger to form smooth puree
  3. Grind rice and ground puree to smooth batter
  4. Add salt and mix well. Ferment batter for 8 hours.
  5. Heat non stick pan, pour ladle of batter and spread evenly. Drizzle little oil over edges and cook until crisp. Flip and cook other side too
  6. serve hot with red chutney.
