I had enjoyed saunf sharbat in my childhood made by my mother....and it was super delicious....i bring out the same sharbat recipe with some modifications....and this too turned out to be very refreshing....a grt combination of saunf sharbat with mojito....tasty and refreshing....

Ingredients Serving: 8

1 small cup fennel seeds soaked
1 small cup mint leaves
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 Litre Sprite

Instructions

Blend Fennel seeds, lemon juice and mint leaves to smooth drink. Use as less water as possible
Strain the juice
Fill 1/3 of serving glass with Saunf juice and rest with sprite. Garnish with lemon slice and few chopped mint leaves. Serve cold
